It’s really cold today, isn’t it?
I haven’t been able to go fishing or hiking lately, which makes me a little sad. But I still want to keep my body active, so I’m thinking of starting Pilates!
Originally, Pilates was developed as rehabilitation for injured soldiers, so I feel it’s a safe way to exercise and something I can enjoy long-term without worrying too much about injuries.
Do you have any sports or activities you’d recommend?
