Good evening! Today I finished my schedule earlier than usual, so I cooked and went to the gym.
My back pain has gotten better so I went to the gym for the first time in a while, but I'm sure I'll have sore muscles tomorrow(--;)
However, since I was able to work up a good sweat after exercising for the first time in a while, I'm thinking of going again♪
I love hearing workout recommendations from people who train and then trying them out, so if you have any suggestions please let me know(^-^)
I'm at work today too, so I'm waiting for your reservation.
