I went to a Pilates trial class today!
I’ve been interested in Pilates for a long time. Since it’s based on rehabilitation methods, I thought it might be something I can continue safely even though I’m not great at exercise. So I decided to become a member starting next month!
I tend to get less active in winter, so I’ll do my best with Pilates ♡

I had the immense pleasure of spending Christmas night with Sakura, and it was one of the loveliest experiences I've ever had. She's absolutely gorgeous from head-to-toe, but it's her infectious smile that immediately put me at ease from the very start. Sakura is extremely engaging to talk to, even as a non-Japanese speaker. The level of connection we were able to build over such a short time is a testament to her skills as a therapist. The entire encounter felt incredibly relaxed and natural, as if spending time with a close friend. She opened up to me in a way I never would've expected, and I was honoured by the trust that she placed in me. I walked away that night feeling like we had both grown from our time together. Easily one of the best experiences I had while in Japan, to where a month later I still think back fondly on it. I consider myself extremely lucky for the time we had, and selfishly hope that one day we might cross paths again.

Wow….Sakura is an amazing lady. Super outgoing, legitimate pro massage skills and knows how to treat a man. Spent 3 hours and could have stayed for another 3. Thanks Sakura for making my Japan trip one I will always remember! Hope to see you in the mountains someday :-)
